With almost twenty years of ministry and leadership experience, Mike is leading and serving in his 'sweet spot'. Mike's greatest passion is walking alongside leaders in their journey and helping them discover all that God has intended for them. Building and developing strategy, whether in the life of an individual or an organization is where Mike gets the greatest joy. His passion for discipleship, outreach, and leadership are fulfilled in his role at Pressing Pause.
